1. General Terms
   👉 Our catering services are provided for personal, corporate, and event use only.
   👉 We strive to present accurate menu descriptions, but slight variations in presentation and ingredients may occur.
   👉 We reserve the right to update menu items, prices, availability, and policies without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payments
   👉 Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
   👉 Once an order is placed, cancellations may not be possible. If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
3. Delivery & Pickup
   👉 We provide catering services within Malaysia.
   👉 Orders are typically prepared within the agreed time frame and delivered or made available for pickup based on your event schedule.
   👉 Delivery timing may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen issues. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Returns & Refunds
   👉 Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.
   👉 If you encounter any issues (such as incorrect or missing items), please report them within 24 hours with supporting photos or documentation.
   👉 Approved refunds or compensation will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
5. Customer Responsibilities
   👉 Customers must provide accurate event details, delivery addresses, and timing to ensure smooth service.
   👉 Once food has been delivered or picked up, proper food handling and storage become the customer’s responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
   👉 Sabel Vietnamese Cafe is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
   👉 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
7. Governing Law
   👉 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Malaysian legal regulations.
